›How does the balance work?
You add funds to your PepFulfill balance whenever you want (Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or crypto). We deduct your $150 monthly membership and, for each order, the wholesale cost + $3 fulfillment fee. As long as your balance covers it, we ship — and we email you before anything pauses.
›Will my customers know PepFulfill is involved?
No. Every packing slip and vial label shows your brand name and your return address. PepFulfill is invisible — your customers think you're handling everything yourself.
›How fast do orders ship?
