How PepFulfill works

Plain and simple: you sell research peptides on your own website, and we store, pack, and ship every order from our U.S. warehouse — branded as you. Here’s exactly how it works and what it costs. No card on file, no contracts, no surprises.

The process, start to finish

Create your free account
Sign up in a minute. Nothing is charged for your first 30 days.

Connect your store
Send us orders however works for you — our Order API, our WooCommerce plugin, or by typing them into your dashboard.

Set your return address
In your dashboard under Settings. We print your brand and return address on every label, so your customers only ever see your business — never us. (Required before we can ship.)

Fund your prepaid balance
Load funds into your balance (details below). Your membership and each order’s cost come out of this balance.

Send us orders — we ship them
We label, pack, and ship from the U.S. within 2 business days, fully white-label. Your customer automatically gets a tracking email.

What it costs

Membership
Free your first 30 days, then billed from your balance.
Wholesale + $3
Per order we fulfill
The product’s wholesale cost plus a flat $3 fulfillment fee.

That’s the whole cost. For every order, we deduct the wholesale cost + $3 from your balance — and you keep the differencebetween that and what your customer paid you on your site. Everything comes from your prepaid balance; there’s never a card on file and no contract.

Your membership

A flat $150/month, free for your first 30 days. After that it’s billed automatically from your prepaid balance each month — no card required. If your balance ever can’t cover it, your account simply pauses and we email you first. Add funds and it reactivates automatically — nothing is lost.

Loading your balance

Your balance is prepaid— you top it up, and we deduct membership and order costs from it. We never auto-charge a card; you’re always in control of what’s in your account. To add funds:

Enter the amount
In your dashboard → Deposits, enter how much you’re adding and choose your method: Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or crypto.

Send the payment
Your dashboard shows exactly where to send it — Cash App is instant, and for Zelle, Apple Pay, or crypto you’ll get the current details there (or email pepfulfill@gmail.com). Put your business name in the note.

Submit your top-up
Click Submit Top-Up in the dashboard. Emailing a screenshot of your payment to pepfulfill@gmail.com speeds it up.

We credit your balance
Once we confirm your payment, we add it to your balance — usually within a few hours. You’ll see it in your Deposits history.
